Advantages of SlimLicht type 2

The extremely bright SlimLicht T5 fluorescent lamps 28W are optimally suitable for a constant bright illumination of 50lux for normal lift shafts of 5 -29m height.

In the case of normal concrete lift shafts or walls with similar reflection degrees the lighting is sufficient for lift shafts surfaces of up to 6m². Depending on the lift type, the lighting is sufficient for lifts of up to 1300kg.
In the case of larger shaft dimensions or walls with a very bad reflection degree, e.g. red brick-work, sometimes two shaft lightings or shorter intermediate lines are necessary.

The professional shaft lighting, according to EN 81-20, has been checked by the TÜV Rheinland and is certified by a corresponding certificate.

In advantage to the SlimLicht 28W series, the lamps of the shaft lighting system SlimLicht 24W type 2 are 20cm shorter. The lamps can be shipped horizontally on a pallet without problems. The 20cm shorter tubes are also considerably less sensitive to mechanical impacts.

The assumption, that the average lighting power in the shaft decreases due to the lower electric power, is wrong. Light measurements demonstrate that the essential criterion for the brightness in the shaft is the distance between the lamps. This distance is however 2m for both lighting systems.

Pluggable T5 fluorescent lamps 24W, 220-240V/50HZ with tube protection and electronic ballast, strain-relief for cables, 2m intermediate cable, 10m supply line with socket to connect the first lamp in the shaft. two nail dowels and a detailed mounting instruction.

Max. mini circuit breaker: 6A with B-Characteristics
If the shaft height is >32m a second supply line is required.
