Description

Mechanics-set for a stretched round cord. Lifting height max.: 50m, rated speed max.: 1.2m/s.
This accessory is only in this case necessary when the standard fastening on the shaft head ceiling is not possible (e.g. in case of hollow ceilings).

Replacement sheet with incremental encoder, pressure pulley and cord pulley.

Special round cord diametere = 2mm, ready made for the delivery-lengths: 10m, 20m, 30m, 40m, 50m, 60m and drum 500m

Sheath: TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane)
Strain relief: Aramid-yarns (Kevlar)
Tensile strength maximum 480 N
Flame retardance acc. to IEC 332-1

Selection guide round cord

Calculation of the required cord length: hoisting height x 2 + 10m.

Example for a hoisting height of 14m: 14m x 2 + 10m = 38m => 40m round cord.
