Construction cable

Bare, finest gauge copper strand, acc. to EN 60228.
Lead insulation: rubber, black with white numerical imprint.
Leads stranded around a central carrier element.
Textile banding between the leads and the sheath.
Sheath: rubber compound,
self-extinguishing and flame retardant acc. to IEC 60332-1-2.

Travelling cable for lifts
Highly flexible, at medium mechanical stress in dry and damp rooms as well as outdoors.
Outdoor installation possible because of a cold flexibility up to -30°C.
According to the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU

If travelling cables frequently hit blunt edges due to the up and down motion, the product life can be negatively impacted. For this reason it is recommendable to effect the mounting in the shaft at a smooth uncovered concrete wall.
Deliverable as cut goods or as a 500m drum.

Cable assembly

Optionally the cable can be assembled on both sides.
The insulation of both sides will be stripped off, the leads become fitted with wire end sleeves.
No extra charge for individual lengths between 10cm and 45cm.

Rubber travelling cable with carrier element and protective conductor 24Gx1.0mm², leads with numerical imprints according to VDE 0295, deliverable as ring max. 60m, for larger lengths it is necessary to roll the cable up on a drum, outside diameter approx. 22.5mm, weight approx. 663 kg/km, copper approx. 261 kg/km, suspension height 80m.

Cable assembly for the travelling cable 24Gx1.0mm² (art.no. 051306). Without any further specifications the insulation of side A will be stripped off at a length of 30cm and side B at a length of 40cm, the leads become fitted with wire end sleeves.
