Construction cable

Bare, finest gauge copper strand, acc. to DIN EN 60228, class 6.
Lead insulation: PVC, black with white numerical imprints and green/yellow.

Shielding: tinned copper wire wrapping, covering degree approx. 81%.

Sheath: PVC TM4 acc. to DIN EN 50363-4-1
Colour: blue (RAL 5015).

Cable, flexible at low temperatures.

Elements stranded, twisted pairs and shielded.
The materials used in manufacture contain no silicone.

Application

  • Travelling cable for lifts.
  • This conductor is conform to VDE 0165, paragraph 6.1.3.2.3., where the special marking of instrinsically safe lines is prescribed.

If travelling cables frequently hit blunt edges due to the up and down motion, the product life can be negatively impacted. For this reason it is recommendable to effect the mounting in the shaft at a smooth uncovered concrete wall.
Deliverable as cut goods or as a 500m drum.

Cable assembly

Optionally the cable can be assembled on both sides.
The insulation of both sides will be stripped off, the leads become fitted with wire end sleeves. No extra charge for individual lengths between 10cm and 45cm.

Cable assembly for the round travelling cable PVC (18G0.75)C shielded (art.no. 063923). Without any further specifications the insulation of side A will be stripped off at a length of 30cm and side B at a length of 40cm, the leads become fitted with wire end sleeves.
