The special cabin ceilings are manufactured according to customer specifications in compliance with EN 81-20 and equipped with W+W CabinLED or SQUARE-LED lighting.
The ceilings are suitable for the installation in existing cabins as well as in new installations.
The maximum dimensions of the cabin ceilings are 1190 x 2000 mm, the mounting height is 40 mm. The particularly flat mounting depth permits easy retrofitting in existing installations.
Various CabinLED5-3030 and SQUARE-LED variants are available for lighting.

Optionally, an emergency lighting connection is also possible.

Material special cabin ceilings

Generally, the ceilings are available in three materials:

Stainless steel V2A, 240 grain polished, thickness = 1.5 mm
Aluminium white RAL 9016, thickness = 1.5mm
Stainless steel V2A mirror, thickness = 1.5mm

Mounting of the ceilings

Planning information

The ceiling is mounted using adjustable profile rails.
The pre-installed ceiling is attached to the cabin roof with 4 threaded bolts.
The small parts bag supplied contains everything you need for installation,
including threaded bolts for sheet metal or wooden roofs.
There are 2 different lengths of threaded bolts available:
M8x30mm for sheet metal roofs and M8x50mm for wooden roofs.

The cabin ceilings are manufactured and delivered exactly to your specifications. Please consider any dimensional deductions in your planning, e.g. due to shadow gaps.

Exterior dimensions of the ceiling: Lenght x width (maximum dimensions: 1190 x 2000mm)
Material cabin ceiling: ( Standard stainless steel, V2A, 240 grain polished)
Lamp type and Lamp number: Choice see lamp types
Light colour: Choice see table light colours
Emergency light 3,7W integrated: yes / no
Dimmer: ja / nein
